1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ParaBaro services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Beta Programme Terms

Participation in the ParaBaro Beta Programme is subject to additional terms:

• Beta hardware and software may contain bugs or errors
• Features may change or be removed without notice
• One device per pilot limitation during beta phase

Being rewritten. The beta programme changed on 1 August 2026. A beta unit is now a single purchase and the unit is yours on delivery; there is no earn-back, no hours obligation and no balance. The formal wording of these terms is with our accountant and will be published here before any unit is sold under the new arrangement. If you are already in the programme, nothing that was agreed with you changes, and we will write to you directly.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use the service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the hardware/software
• Report any security vulnerabilities or bugs promptly

4. Flight Data and Privacy

By uploading flight data, you grant Aviometrics:

• The right to process and analyse your flight data
• Permission to use anonymised data for product improvement
• The ability to share aggregated statistics publicly

Your personal data remains private and is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

5. Limitation of Liability

IMPORTANT: ParaBaro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Aviometrics Ltd shall not be liable for:

• Any accidents, injuries, or damages resulting from paragliding activities
• Equipment failures or data inaccuracies
• Decisions made based on ParaBaro data
• Loss of flight data or service interruptions

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of ParaBaro are owned by Aviometrics Ltd and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these terms of service
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Attempt to manipulate flight data
• Abuse the service or other users

8. Payment Terms

Being rewritten. The flight-credit terms that stood here are withdrawn. There is no per-hour credit, no credit balance and no cash-out. The payment terms for the new arrangement are with our accountant and will be published here before any unit is sold under it.

9. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes when possible.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Northern Ireland.
